Weight work that will focus on lifting within a circuit setting. This HIIT related workout is usually done opposite of Combat Circuit. Examples of exercises are: Kettlebell swings, push ups, goblet squats, etc... You will build muscle and burn fat all in one class.

Strength circuit on the turf which include tire flips, sleds, battle ropes, and everything else to get you FIT! ALL ABILITIES WELCOME!
