At Badlands, we have a wide range of our most popular fitness classess scheduled throughout the day including the lunch hour and evenings allowing you to easily stack movement into your week. Classes can run from 45mins to an hour and you are free to stay as long as your schedule allows - we're just glad you're here! Our change rooms offer showers and towels for you to freshen up before going back to work. We are also conveniently located just off of the #1 highway. Three turns and you're here!
Even short sessions make a big difference. Badlands offers express 20–30-minute classes morning, noon, and night — perfect for anyone balancing work, family, or shift schedules. Stack small sessions throughout the week to stay active, energized, and on track.
That’s the perfect reason to start — your fitness only has to be better than yesterday.
Our programs scale to your level; many (if not all) classes are mixed-ability and coaches give easier progressions with modifications to accommodate injuries and personal limitations.

Each client requires a profile of their own that includes the liability waiver. Download our app to start the registration process.
Yes, we love to provide the space for birthdays or gatherings, (rock wall, turf, etc.) although we do not have space to eat or drink.
Clean shoes for indoor use is all you need to get started. We provide spin shoes at no cost. Rock climbing shoes you will need to bring your own but if you don't have any...clean runners are just fine! No shoes no climb.
Yes we do! if your little ones are too young to try our youth classes we have a great play space with staff to keep them busy.
