TURF CIRCUIT

Our Turf Circuit classes bring new combinations of movements designed to improve strength, agility, and stamina. From both weighted and dynamic bodyweight exercises the circuit stations move at a rhythm that keeps everyone engaged, encouraged and energized. All abilities welcome!
